My name is Kelly Cantwell and I am a Special Education Teacher for the General Brown Central School District. I have had the privilege of working with the students of General Brown since 2006. I have a bachelor’s degree from SUNY Plattsburgh in Speech and Hearing Handicapped as well as a master’s degree from SUNY Oswego in Special Education. I am currently assigned to the Brownville-Glen Park Elementary building. I am extremely proud to be part of the General Brown family. I look forward to working with all of you.
