A Message from the Principal:

Dear BGP families,

I would like to welcome all our families back for another wonderful school year. With a new school year,

it is important to always set goals. The entire faculty and staff at Brownville-Glen Park Elementary

School are committed to increasing student achievement. Along with student achievement, we work

each day to make a positive learning environment for our students. Our goal is to help all our students

become happy and well-rounded individuals.

We are excited to have implemented Morning Meet-Up this school year. Every Monday we meet

together as a school in the gymnasium. Students are helpers at morning program presenting the

announcements, character trait of the month, and other topics to the entire school. Our theme for this

school year “All Together”. We can accomplish so much when we all work together as a school

community. It is great for us to gather as a school community each Monday morning to celebrate our

Lion Pride.

10/21-PTO Fall Harvest Party 6:00pm-8:00pm
11/17 and 11/18- Parent-teacher conferences
